Adeptus Mechanicus: Sydonian Skatros

A Sydonian Skatros is a grim, cybernetic sentry, remaining stoic and unmoving until an enemy blunders within range of their rifle. Their mechanical, stilt-like limbs allow them to traverse dangerous terrain and survey their surroundings wreathed in incense exhaust. With their precision protocols and advanced scanner, the Achilles Eye, they discern enemy weaknesses, unleashing accurate fire that spreads panic and pain, easily shattering enemy morale.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Sydonian Skatros, an augmented sniper created by the Adeptus Mechanicus. This Skitarii sniper can be equipped with one of two long-barrelled rifles – a radium jezail, which pierces armour and poisons flesh with radioactive ammunition, or a high-energy transuranic arquebus. Each weapon has its own bionic loading arm and ammunition that the Skatros can hang from their belt, which also holds a pistol for closer enemies.

You also have a choice between two different versions of headwear, a mono-visor or goggles. Both can be worn over the face mask or pushed up to the forehead.

This kit comprises 21 plastic components and 1 Citadel 40mm Round Base. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
