This boxed set is an ideal way to start a new Adeptus Mechanicus collection – or to add to an existing army – to unleash in games of Warhammer 40,000, and you’ll save money compared to buying the kits separately. In the box, you’ll find three powerful war engines, including an Onager Dunecrawler, a walking tank that can be equipped for a variety of battlefield roles. For speed, you’ll find an Ironstrider Ballistarius, and this force is rounded out by a Skorpius Disintegrator. These important units will improve any Adeptus Mechanicus collection. They are ideally suited to representing an Extermination Cohort Regiment – the rules for which can be found in Eye of Terror: Reign of Iron – Contingents, sold separately, and on the Warhammer Community website.

From this set you can build 3 multi-part plastic Adeptus Mechanicus miniatures:
- 1 Onager Dunecrawler
- 1 Skorpius Disintegrator (which can alternatively be built as a Skorpius Dunerider)
- 1 Ironstrider Ballistarius (which can alternatively be built as a Sydonian Dragoon)

The miniatures in this box can be easily customised. The Onager Dunecrawler can be built with an eradication beamer, a twin cognis heavy phosphor blaster, a neutron laser with a coaxial cognis machine gun, or an Icarus array. There are also many optional cosmetic accessories, including searchlights, a gunner, smoke launchers, and manipulation tools.

The Skorpius Disintegrator can be armed with either a ferrumite cannon or a belleros energy cannon. One of its hatches can be built closed or open with a crew member. Alternatively, you can assemble the kit as a Skorpius Dunerider, which sacrifices the firepower of the turret for transport capacity.

The Ironstrider Ballistarius can be armed with either a twin cognis autocannon or a twin cognis lascannon. There are two leg poses, and for the rider, you can choose from four heads. Alternatively, it can be built as a Sydonian Dragoon, armed with either a taser lance or a radium jezzail.
