SPQR is a fast and easy-to-learn game system that allows you to build a completely new warband. Scout your enemies, delve deep into their territory, and raid homesteads and villages. SPQR is the ideal skirmish game for short, exciting battles in a historical setting.

The units in SPQR are divided into two broad categories: Heroes and their support units. Units of 5 or more troops make up the bulk of your warband, faceless henchmen sworn to serve your captain.

Your heroes are powerful individuals who gain renown from battle to battle, expanding their skills, acquiring new talents, and becoming true legends!

Each warband has its own tactics and methods for winning the fight.
