Legiones Astartes: Praetor With Power Sword

Praetors are the mightiest warriors and leaders of the Space Marine Legions in battle, second only to the god-like Primarchs in their martial prowess and command. Their ranks include Chapter Masters and Lord Commanders, Captains and Khans, War Smiths and Jarls, as dictated by their Legion's traditions. Each is a supremely skilled warrior and warlord who has carved out their legend in blood, bearing the finest wargear and weaponry known to man into battle as they lead hosts that have conquered countless worlds.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Legiones Praetor, armed with a mighty two-handed power sword and a searing volkite serpenta. This noble figure is clad in heavily modified Mark VI power armour, bedecked with filigree and honours befitting his rank, and wears a majestic cloak with a sculpted rim – topped with a Steel Star evoking a laurel wreath. The kit includes a choice of two heads – a beaked helm with a spiky crest, or an unhelmeted head with magnificent facial hair – both of which feature an impressive ornamental topknot with an optional ponytail. This model makes a fantastic painting project, adorned with ornate details and offering opportunities to showcase a variety of textures and materials.

This kit comprises 23 plastic components and is supplied with a Citadel 40mm Round Base. It also includes a Legiones Astartes Infantry Transfer Sheet with 339 optional markings and icons for the Sons of Horus and Imperial Fists Legions. This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
