Legiones Astartes: Drop Pod

Drop Pods are self-contained, reusable orbital descent capsules, each capable of transporting a squad of Space Marines. They are used for surprise attacks and deployments into the heart of active war zones. The warships of the Legiones Astartes rain them down from orbit onto their target like an artillery barrage. Drop Pods are armoured and reinforced to withstand the stresses of atmospheric re-entry, but their true defence is their speed.

From this multi-part plastic kit, you can build a Drop Pod, a transport option for your Legiones Astartes armies in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy. Whether you want to thwart your enemy's plans, distract their troops, or strike aggressively, the Drop Pod opens up new strategies for you. The Drop Pod is equipped with a pintle-mounted combi-bolter as standard. The miniature features a detailed interior with a console and harnesses. Additionally, all five doors can be assembled without glue, allowing you to open and close them as needed.

This miniature has no Legion-specific markings and can be used in any Space Marine force, whether they are loyal to the Emperor or have joined the Warmaster's rebellion.

This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
