Every province and city-state of the Empire trains regiments of state troops to fight together. Swordsmen fight side-by-side with spearmen, while musketeers and crossbowmen cut down their enemies from afar. These brave soldiers are often accompanied into battle by steam tanks; enormous smoke-belching war machines that roll unstoppably towards the enemy, firing deadly cannonballs from their steam-powered cannons.

This set gives you a balanced core to build a powerful Empire of Man army. This is a great way to start a new army or expand an existing one. The soldiers in this set can be equipped with various weapons such as spears or halberds, and can also be used as veteran state troops. The state troop handgunners can be used either as a 30-figure unit with muskets or crossbows, or two 15-figure units. The kit also includes additional components to build individual units as champions, standard bearers, and musicians. These brave and versatile soldiers are accompanied into battle by a steam tank, which has multiple cosmetic options so you can customize your deadly war machine to your liking.

This kit contains 636 plastic components, 1x Citadel rectangular base (100mm x 60mm), and 61x Citadel square bases (25mm).

The set also includes 2x decal sheets for the infantry of the Empire of Man, each containing 290 high-quality decals to adorn your figures.

These miniatures are unpainted and require assembly - we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
