Vanquishers of the Necromancer (LOTR - Good)

At the head of the White Council, Saruman the White is the ultimate arbiter of its members’ actions. Although he was previously against openly confronting the Necromancer of Dol Guldur, believing him to be no real threat, recent events have forced his hand. Saruman now leads the White Council as he unleashes its full power against Sauron.

As one of the oldest and most powerful of her kind, Galadriel is a member of the White Council, which travels to Dol Guldur to rescue Gandalf from the Necromancer. Gandalf is very dear to Galadriel, so much so that she will not allow him to come to any harm – a fact that the gaoler learns firsthand. With the strength of her will and the Light of Eärendil, Galadriel can banish Nazgûl and confronts Sauron, threatening to destroy him if he does not return to the void from which he came.

A mighty and famous warrior, Elrond has stood at the forefront of many battles. He fought in the War of the Last Alliance against Sauron and witnessed the Dark Lord's downfall. It was he who tried to convince Isildur to destroy the Ring once and for all, an act that would have spared the Third Age much suffering. Elrond is blessed with the gift of foresight and bestows great wisdom upon his allies.

Each of these Heroes is a mighty champion of Middle-earth. Saruman the White is a powerful Wizard, Galadriel a being of pure power who protects her allies and smites her foes, and Elrond is a legendary warrior. Together, the three are an army unto themselves, but you can use them in many Armies of Good, including The White Council.

This set contains three resin Heroes: 1x Saruman the White, 1x Galadriel, Lady of Light, and 1x Elrond, Lord of Rivendell. Each model comes with a suitable base.

These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel paints.
