Vallejo Slimy Grime Dark

Humidity generates slime and grime on wood, logs, rocks and stone walls, moorings and pilings, in different colors depending on the degree of humidity. Slimy Grime Dark produces the darkest shade, a blackish green.

The innovative range of Weathering Effects offers the modeller a new medium for rendering the effects of exposure to the elements and extreme climates on vehicles and armor. The references in the range are formulated with permanent pigments and water-based acrylic resins, and offer a wide variety of scenic possibilities such as the creation of spilled fuel, engine grime, lichen and humidity, as well as crushed grass, mud splashes and fuel stains, each developed to represent a specific effect on vehicles and armor and to show their operational history in harsh conditions.
The products can be applied directly to the base, dry quickly and most of them allow for immediate further manipulation, with the exception of Thick Mud, which requires a longer time to dry completely. Tools can be cleaned with water and soap.
Weathering Effects is non-flammable and does not contain solvents.
