Vallejo Pigments Burnt Umber

Vallejo Pigments, a selection of natural earth and synthetic pigments, have been chosen for their permanence, their excellent lightfastness, and the extra-fine milling of their particles, which facilitates their blending and application on models and dioramas. The range of pigments includes a series of colors selected to represent the wear and erosion caused by harsh use and exposure to vehicles and structures, reproducing the dust caked on tank tracks, rust on armor, and the varied effects of climate and geographical operational conditions.

Pigments can be applied dry, directly with a brush onto the model, as they show excellent adherence; they can also be fixed with thinner when used to represent dry mud or accumulated dust. With Pigment Binder, pigments can be used to create volumes such as accumulated dirt and mud. Painting tools are cleaned with water.
