Space Marines: Armageddon Battalion: Deathwatch

The Deathwatch is a Space Marine Chapter like no other. Promising individual agents are seconded from other Chapters and brought into the service of the Inquisition's Ordo Xenos. They are granted strange, powerful wargear and weapons, and tasked with facing the Imperium’s deadliest threats on daring missions, often comprising only a handful of these elite agents. Armageddon is a fertile hunting ground for these xenos specialists. Kill Teams operate across the planet, lending their expertise to the fight against the Ork invasion.

Daring and Deadly Specialists

This packed box is an ideal way to start a new collection of the Imperium's agents or the Deathwatch – or to add to an existing army – to unleash them in games of Warhammer 40,000, and save money compared to buying the kits individually. You'll find enough Space Marines to build either two smaller Deathwatch units or one larger unit, plus a Corvus Blackstar, a vehicle exclusive to this Chapter. It’s equipped with mysterious technology to obscure its form and armed with an array of heavy weaponry to support the troops on the ground after they disembark. All in all, this is a fast, brutal army prepared to face the horrors of the galaxy.

From this set, you can build 11 multi-part plastic miniatures:
- 1 Corvus Blackstar
- 10 Deathwatch Kill Team miniatures

You can easily customize the miniatures in this box. The Corvus Blackstar can be armed with a twin assault cannon or a twin lascannon, and with Blackstar missile launchers or stormstrike missile launchers. There's an optional hurricane bolter, an auspex array, and an infernum halo-launcher. The Blackstar also has three air brakes, which can be built open or closed.

From the Deathwatch Kill Team, you can build:
- 2 Sergeants (each of whom can alternatively be built as a Veteran)
- 2 Gravis Veterans, each armed with a heavy infernus bolter, a shrapnel cannon, or a hellstorm bolt rifle
- 2 Veterans, each armed with a heavy power hammer or a power maul and shield
- 2 Veterans, each armed with a stalker bolt rifle or a plasma incinerator
- 2 Veterans, each armed with a marksman bolt carbine or a combat knife

Each Deathwatch Kill Team miniature has a special helmeted head, and there are 32 interchangeable bare heads, as well as 32 interchangeable Tacticus shoulder pads, 14 interchangeable Gravis shoulder pads, and 12 interchangeable Phobos shoulder pads.
