Solar Auxilia: Tactical Command Section

Tactical Auxilia Solar Command Squads are battlefield control and command specialists. Led by a Captain or similar junior sub-commander, this expert group directs the flow of orders, guides the Tercios, and coordinates artillery and orbital operations. This crucial role is mirrored by the lower-echelon Front Command Squads, who lead troops at the front, while the most powerful and celebrated officers of the Auxilia Solar, commonly known as Legate Marshals, instead go to war with their personal bodyguards and equipment from their own armouries.

From this multipart plastic kit, you can build a Tactical Auxilia Solar Command Squad, consisting of an Auxilia Captain and four Auxilia Companions. These soldiers wear carefully adorned void armour and command equipment, as well as their lasrifles – the kit includes an augurium scanner, a command vox relay, a proud cohort vexillum, and a deadly melta bomb. The Captain has various heads to choose from and many additional weapons – a power fist, a power sword or charnabal sabre, as well as a laspistol, blast pistol, needle pistol, plasma pistol, or a flamer.

This extremely versatile kit can alternatively be built as a lower-ranking Front Command Squad, wearing less ornate armour and a less ostentatious vexillum. Additionally, you can build a Legate Marshal from the kit, accompanied by four bodyguards. For the Legate Marshal, you'll find even more weapon options here – a volkite serpenta, inferno pistol, or archaeotech pistol, and a power hammer or paragon blade – and the bodyguards can be equipped with their master's surplus gear!

This kit consists of 137 plastic parts, 5x Citadel 25mm Round Bases, and an Auxilia Solar Infantry Transfer Sheet with 152 high-quality decals. These miniatures are unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Note that this kit contains enough parts to build an additional Auxilia Companion if you have a spare Citadel 25mm Round Base.
