The exact appearance of Chaos Spawn cannot be predicted with absolute certainty. No two are alike, and their form is a testament to the whims of the gods who shape them as they please.

Chaos Spawn can consist of various limbs, bizarre additions such as crab claws, a chitinous shell, tattered and useless wings, clusters of stalk eyes that sway like grass in the wind, a sinewy and prehensile neck, or a gaping maw full of needle-like teeth.
