Thegns, the wealthy nobles of the Anglo-Saxon kingdoms, served their lords as retainers and fulfilled their duty of military service.
Well-trained and equipped, the children served as infantry, clad in chainmail and iron helmet shields.

Under dragon banners, they led the charge into battle, providing the Saxon armies with a steadfast, hard-hitting core.

The kit contains 32 28mm plastic infantry models.
