Age of Vikings
The year is 793... The peaceful monastery on the island of Lindisfarne is attacked and plundered. The attackers emerge from the mist, their
mighty ships plowing through the waves. This first attack ushers in the Age of Vikings, also known as the Northmen, Sea Wolves, and Scourge of the Faithful. For over three centuries, every coast and every city will tremble in fear of these warriors and their
unique ferocity.
Soon, the Northmen will no longer be content with mere looting and pillaging. The mighty armies of the Scandinavian kingdoms will unite in fleets and descend upon Europe, where they will conquer lands, capture kings and emperors, and found their own colonies.

Age of Vikings is a SAGA expansion book that covers the history of Europe from the formation of the Norse kingdoms to the Battle of Hastings, which is generally considered the end of this epoch. This SAGA game world includes 12 factions from this era, covering all four corners of Europe. Each of them has its own battle board, legendary units, and specific special rules.
