The Tomb Blade moves in a manner alien to other flyers of its design, eschewing the arrow-straight attack vectors of other jetbikes and fighter craft. Often, it corkscrews across the battlefield instead of choosing a more direct approach. No pilot of flesh and blood could ever hope to fly such anarchic manoeuvres without succumbing to nausea or loss of consciousness, but such dangers are irrelevant to machines. Tomb Blades frequently operate far ahead of the main force, falling upon lightly defended positions, supply convoys, or targets of opportunity. A Tomb Blade is so unpredictable in its advance that the piercing wail of its dimensional repulsors is often the only warning of its coming. Enemies with their wits about them scramble for any cover they can find; the others perish as the air around them explodes in a flash of fleeting energies.
