In House Goliath, Stimmers are long-established gang members. On their way to achieving the peak of physical and muscular prowess within the Goliath gang, they have become addicted to drugs. Forge-born, on the other hand, are merely aspirants. They have not yet proven themselves to the Goliath, so they are not yet fully initiated into the Goliath gang culture. Therefore, they often take on the more dangerous tasks for the gang to prove themselves.
