Prussia in the latter stages of the Napoleonic wars was a highly militarised state, its very survival depending on the strength of its army. The Prussian artillery, whilst not as celebrated as the infantry or cavalry, nor as numerous as the Landwehr, was a vital component of the army, providing vital fire support to the troops. Howitzers, powerful weapons that lob explosive shells in an arc over the heads of friendly troops to land amongst the enemy, formed part of the "Foot Artillery" who were meant to be brought into the best possible position prior to battle.

This powerful howitzer is a deadly weapon, able to decimate enemy formations (if it hits!). It can be assembled as either a 7-inch or 10-inch model and is ready to provide vital fire support to your Prussians!
