Model Color Rust Wash

Model Wash is a range of washes manufactured with a unique water-based formula. The product provides the model painter with new techniques for reproducing the processes of aging and exposure to the elements. Colors with a matt finish and high capillarity, formulated to highlight the tiny details of the model's panels and the contrasts caused by wear and accumulated dirt from operational and weather exposure. The versatility of Model Wash makes the product useful for both quick shading and creating dust and dirt accumulations around the model's details, such as rivets and panel lines. The washes are also used as a filter, applied evenly to the model to change the base color. Model Wash can be applied with a brush and airbrush and dries very quickly, allowing painting or weathering to continue after approximately 20 minutes. Painting tools are cleaned with water.

Applications: Model Wash Rust 76.506 is recommended for rust effects and winter scenes, cold scenes, and dilapidated or abandoned vehicles, metal structures, or all kinds of metal parts.
