Model Color Brown Wash

Model Wash is a range of washes manufactured with a unique water-based formula. The product provides the model painter with new techniques for rendering the processes of aging and exposure to the elements. Colors with a matte finish and high capillarity, formulated to highlight the tiny details of the model's panels and the contrasts caused by wear and accumulated dirt from operational and weather exposure. The versatility of Model Wash makes the product useful for quick shading as well as for creating accumulations of dust and dirt around the model's details, such as rivets and panel lines. The washes are also used as a filter, applied evenly over the model to change the base color. Model Wash can be applied with a brush and airbrush and dries very quickly, allowing painting or weathering to continue after about 20 minutes. Painting tools are cleaned with water.

Applications: Model Wash Brown 76.513 is recommended for models painted in light or sand colors and is ideal for application on tank tracks and pin washes.
