Merrill's Marauders SquadBolt Action: Merrill's Marauders Squad

In 1943, the US High Command established a unit to operate behind Japanese lines in the war against Japan. Its official designation was the 5307th Composite Unit.
However, under their tough and charismatic
leader, Brigadier General Frank Merrill, they soon earned their famous name, "Merrill's Marauders."
They fought in countless raids and gained a reputation for their tenacity and excellent jungle fighting skills. On many occasions, they received support from indigenous Kachin scouts who knew the terrain of Burma and were more than useful to Merrill's men. They were a tough unit with unique individuals, all of whom were ultimately awarded the Bronze Star Medal.

The box includes the following metal models:
• 1 NCO and 3 soldiers with submachine guns
• 2 soldiers with BARs
• 4 soldiers

The miniatures must be assembled and painted.
