While the jokes and songs of those Plaguebearers infected with the Giggle Plague don't exactly elicit much amusement from their grumpy brethren, the other daemons of Nurgle find their antics hilariously funny. Unfortunately for their enemies, this plague is highly contagious and can cause fits of laughter in mortals, resulting in side stitches that feel like fatal dagger thrusts. Although his antics entertain Nurgle's warbands as they march into battle, a grim fate awaits every Sloppity Bilepiper, for one day he himself will become the next rotting burrow, played by a new victim of the Giggle Plague.

This multi-part plastic kit contains all the components needed to build a Sloppity Bilepiper. The surprisingly cheerful and jolly-looking model is depicted in a truly foolish pose, with the marotter held high above his head and the bagpipe clutched in the crook of his arm. The marotter is a most peculiar weapon – essentially a large stick with a Plaguebearer head in a jester's cap at the end, each of the three braids from which a spiky censer dangles. The bagpipe is something entirely different – ​​an inflated, ordinary organ into which a few rotten pipes and tubes have been stuffed and held in place with rags and broken leather straps. The Bilepiper himself has jingling bells tied to his wrists and ankles. He wears a symbolically decorated cap, and his entrails dangle out in a grotesquely comical way through a tear in his belly. The kit also includes a Nurgling that can be placed at the Bilepiper's feet, where it joyfully performs a dance to the groaning and whistling sounds squeezed from the sphincter muscles of the bagpiper.
