Legions Imperialis: Spartan Assault Tanks

Spartan Assault Tanks can carry large numbers of Space Marines into the heart of battle. With armament comparable to the Legion's super-heavy armoured vehicles and thick layers of armour, these tanks are akin to mobile fortresses.

Spartan Assault Tanks can be used as dedicated Legion Spartan contingents by Legiones Astartes and Traitor Astartes armies, as well as allies in Auxilia Solar armies. They can be equipped with either quad lascannons or laser destroyers on the sponsons, and heavy bolters or lascannons on the hull. Additionally, they can be built with or without a tank commander and an optional pintle-mounted heavy bolter or multi-melta.

This kit comprises 120 plastic components, from which you can build four Epic Scale Spartan Assault Tanks for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy - Legions Imperialis. This also includes a Legiones Astartes Vehicle Transfer Sheet with 1,130 decals. These transfers include icons for various Space Marine Legions, numerals, squad markings, honour markings, and kill markings.

The miniatures in this kit are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

The rules for using Legion Spartan detachments can be found in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy Legions Imperialis - The Great Slaughter. A copy of Warhammer: The Horus Heresy - Legions Imperialis Rulebook is also necessary to use the miniatures. Both books are sold separately.
