Legiones Astartes: Spartan Prometheus Assault Tank

The Spartan is a huge armoured transport that brings large contingents of troops to the heart of battle, shrugging off incoming fire that would obliterate lesser vehicles. Its armament is mighty: The Prometheus variant provides heavy quad bolters to cut down enemy infantry.

A gigantic troop carrier

From this multipart plastic kit you can build a Spartan Prometheus Assault Tank, a heavily armoured transport vehicle for your Legiones Astartes armies for Warhammer: The Horus Heresy. As the spearhead of your assault force, it can bring more troops to the front than other tanks of similar size and change the course of battle when you unload its deadly cargo.

Customise your tank

The sponson turrets can be equipped with either laser destroyers or heavy grav-bolter batteries. The hull can be fitted with heavy twin bolters, a heavy twin flamer, or a twin lascannon on the front. You can also add a pintle-mounted combi-weapon (with flamethrower, melta, plasma or volkite energy rifle options), an inferno missile launcher, a heavy flamer, a heavy bolter, or a multi-melta.

The hatch can be assembled closed, or open with either a gunner for the pintle-mounted weapon or a tank commander with 3 head options and 3 arm options. Additional upgrades include searchlights, a hunter-killer missile, and smoke launchers. The set also includes 4 Loyalist and 4 Traitor symbols to decorate the doors and hull.
