With the demise of the Third Reich and the sudden rise of the shadowy Green Vault, the Axis powers have united into a single monolithic entity. Whilst the true ambitions of their leaders are shrouded in secrecy and misdirection, for the average Axis serviceman the goal is simple – survive and beat back the enemies assailing them from all sides!

The perfect launchpad for your Konflikt ’44 Axis force collection, this Starter Army provides you with a battle-ready force packing the latest technology in one box. It’s also the first opportunity to get your hands on two brand-new war machines before they are sold separately later on.

At the heart of this formidable force is the Assault Platoon, comprised of a three-man Steel Guard squad and five Nachtalben. Steel Guard are incredibly tough and all but invulnerable to small arms fire – send them forward and get stuck in – whilst the Nachtalben are fast-moving terrors combining the intelligence of an elite trooper with a monstrous, genetically altered body.

Supporting them is an Armoured Platoon, featuring a Tarantula Light Panzermech upfront. This fast, versatile tank hunter can be armed with a variety of weapon options to perform different battlefield roles, and makes up for its light armour with great mobility. It is partnered by a PzIV Ausf. X. Combining the tried and tested PzIV chassis with six powerful legs and a heavy field gravitation projector, this walker can devastate enemy infantry and vehicles alike – both at range and up close.

The entire force is led by an exclusive Platoon Commander, only available in this box. Wearing the same massive armour as the Steel Guard, this officer can turn the tide of battle with his abilities, and he’s no slouch in close quarters combat either!

Konflikt ’47 is the game of heroes, horrors, monsters, and mechs, where you take command of the nightmarish fight for supremacy as the old world is torn apart and reforged in blood and crackling energy. The fast-paced, deadly gameplay throws up countless cinematic moments, with the fluctuating energies of the Rift and the ever-present fog of war ensuring no two games are ever the same, and the outcome is never guaranteed. Heroes and villains on each side leverage their unique abilities to turn the tide of battle, whilst mechs and monsters clash in brutal contests of flesh against steel.
