Idoneth Deepkin: Spearhead: Akhelian Tide Guard

An Akhelian King or Queen rides the currents into battle, always accompanied by a Tide Guard of the finest warriors on the currents. These figureheads of the Idoneth military are far too important to be left unprotected, even if they are extremely capable fighters. Akhelian bodyguards and Namarti warriors stand ready to intercept any blow against their masters with their beasts and bodies.

If you wish to raid the Mortal Realms and harvest the souls of the living, this box offers the perfect way to start a new collection of Idoneth Deepkin – or to expand an existing army. And compared to buying the kits individually, you also save money. A brave Akhelian King leads a force to engage the enemy, followed by elite units on their eels, who charge at the foe with fangs and blades. The force is rounded out by a unit of Namarti Bowmen, who capture objectives and rain arrows down on the enemy from a distance. These miniatures form a complete Spearhead force, meaning you can dive straight into exciting, tactical games with the box.

From this box, you can build 17 plastic miniatures of the Idoneth Deepkin:
- 1x Akhelian King (which can alternatively be built as Volturnos, High King of the Deep)
- 3x Akhelian Ishlaen Guard (which can alternatively be built as Akhelian Morrsarr Guard
- 3x Akhelian Morrsarr Guard (which can alternatively be built as Akhelian Ishlaen Guard
- 10x Namarti Bowmen

The miniatures in this box can be easily customised. The Akhelian King offers a choice of two different weapons and three heads. The kit can alternatively be built as the legendary Volturnos, ruler of the Idoneth Deepkin.

The six Akhelian Ishlaen Guard can alternatively be built as Morrsarr Guard – no matter which you choose, you can build an optional Champion, Musician, and Standard Bearer for the unit. There are also cosmetic accessories to further customise your miniatures, including pouches, sheathed knives, and more.

The Namarti Bowmen can be built to fire their Whisperbows or hold their Lamentiri blades. You can also build an optional Champion for the unit.

This kit contains 298 plastic components, 6x Citadel Oval Bases (60mm x 35mm), 1x Citadel Round Base (60mm), 10x Citadel Round Bases (32mm) and 6x Citadel Flying Stems.

These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
