When a Genestealer Cult begins its uprising, its Neophyte Hybrids form a horde of thousands. Each Cultist, hardened by a life of heavy labour, possesses inhuman reaction speed and strength bestowed by their Xenos genes. These third and fourth generation hybrids can pass as human – insidiously, some of them even infiltrate the Astra Militarum, so blessed are they. When the Cult gives the signal to attack, the Neophytes swarm from the sewers, catacombs, and dark barracks, overwhelming their enemies and taking control of entire planets within hours.
