There were few battles during this period where cannons did not have strategic value.

Generally, both sides were very happy to be assured of the support of medium and/or light weapons. These weapons were, by and large, used by all parties to the conflict and caused devastating losses.

This box offers the opportunity to field artillery for the British Army, or to give the Continental Forces more firepower.

The box includes the following plastic miniatures:

• 2 cannons that can be assembled as either a 3-pdr or 6-pdr for the British or Continental Forces.
• 1 'Molly Pitcher'
• 2 mounted commanders with the option of 6 different heads, allowing the most famous generals of the era to be represented.
• 2 wounded figures
• 4 pages of background and assembly instructions

The miniatures are supplied unpainted.
