Elegantly clad in sombre dark uniforms, the ranked columns of Prussian infantry marched relentlessly towards Napoleon. Even after the bitter defeat at Ligny, in the midst of their retreat, the disciplined professional soldiers were still able to muster their resolve and come to England's aid, outflanking Napoleon at the decisive moment of the Battle of Waterloo.

Hundreds of men marched and fought in formation, led by capable commanders and supported by the furious roar of 12-pounder artillery batteries. The timing of the Prussian arrival at Waterloo proved impeccable.

This plastic set contains enough models to field a complete brigade with three Prussian line or light infantry regiments of 80 men each, three bases of Jäger, a 12-pdr foot artillery battery with 3 guns, and three mounted brigade commanders.
