The Easterlings are among the most fanatical followers of the Dark Lord and also among the best equipped. Unlike the countless Orcs streaming from the Black Gate, the Easterlings are well-trained and disciplined warriors who fight with the greatest zeal for Sauron, whom they worship as a vengeful deity. Even as children, Easterlings are taught the art of war, and women fight on equal terms alongside men, for in Rhûn, everyone is ready to go into battle for the Dark Lord. The Easterlings fight in deadly phalanxes, and the forest of their sharp blades is almost impenetrable. Only a very foolish commander would send his warriors head-on against a block of Easterlings.

This plastic kit contains 54 parts from which 20 Easterling warriors can be built: 8 with sword and shield, 8 with bow, and 4 with spear and shield. The set contains 20 round bases (25 mm). The miniatures are unpainted and require assembly.
