Easterling Kataphrakts (LOTR - Evil)

Among the Dark Lord's most fanatical followers, the Easterlings are the best-equipped warriors under his command. Unlike the rabble of Orcs streaming from the Black Gate, the armies of the East consist of well-trained and disciplined warriors who are determined to fight for Sauron, whom they worship as a vengeful deity. They are taught the art of war from childhood, and the women of this people fight alongside the men as equals. In Rhûn, everyone is ready to fight for the Dark Lord. The Easterling Kataphrakts are heavy cavalry, almost unstoppable fighting machines that unseat enemy riders and trample unwary footsoldiers. They are the elite of the Easterling forces, and an opposing commander should beware of their devastating charge.

This multipart plastic kit contains 70 components, enough to build six Easterling Kataphrakts. The set includes a variety of additional components, including a banner, war drums, a cloak for the Captain, four sheathed swords, and two Easterling casualties that can be used as decorations for large bases or as objective markers. The kit includes six Round Bases (40mm). Miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly. We recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
