THE STORY
Dalchian Rassaq, the Flayer, former lord of the Terror Blades, is broken, beaten, and betrayed. Thrown from the pinnacle of wickedness, his Night Lords now face ruin under the command of a hated rival. Supposed allies and merciless enemies circle him hungrily. Among the few warriors who have remained loyal to him, resistance against him is spreading. If he does not want to fall into oblivion, Dalchian must play his rivals against each other and regain his dominion over his own people.

When rumors of a ghostly spaceship reach him, he recognizes an opportunity to reclaim what he has lost and take revenge on those who wronged him. With a renegade Tech-Priest and the cruelty of the Night Lords at his back, this will be no easy task. But the will of the Flayer is not to be underestimated and his blades are still thirsty...
