Nauseous Rotbone - a Death Guard Plague Surgeon. He carries a bolt pistol and a plague sword. Narthecium-like instruments filled with gruesome plagues can be found all over his armour, and on his right arm, he wears a rusty reductor, which is excellent for stealing gene-seed....
Much of his armour is hidden beneath the hood and cloak, but the visible parts are pockmarked and rusty, as one would expect from a loyal follower of the Death Guard.
