Cities of Sigmar: Spearhead: Zenestra's Zealots
For all the terrifying firepower of their cannons and Cogforts, faith is the foundation of the Sigmarite war machine – faith in the untameable power of the God-King and in the cause of justice. Few embody the power of this faith as much as Pontifex Zenestra. Her death has been recorded multiple times, yet each time she reappears where the God-King's people need her most, encouraging the faithful to grease the wheels of progress with their own blood.
Fanatical soldiers fiercely loyal to the Matriarch of the Great Wheel.
This box is an ideal way to start a new Cities of Sigmar collection – or to expand an existing army – and saves you money compared to buying the kits individually. This frenzied force is led by a Freeguild Marshal, Pontifex Zenestra herself, as well as a Freeguild Command Corps Arch-Knight and his retinue forming a strong core. Two units of Steelhelms are essential for holding objectives, while a Command Corps Whisperblade stands ready to eliminate enemy leaders. These miniatures form a complete Spearhead army, so you'll be ready to dive into exciting, tactical games and dominate the Mortal Realms.
This set allows you to assemble 19 multipart plastic figures from the Cities of Sigmar:
- 1 Pontifex Zenestra, Matriarch of the Great Wheel
- 1 Freeguild Marshal
- 1 Relic Envoy
- 6 Freeguild Command Corps figures
- 10 Freeguild Steelhelms
The miniatures in this box are easy to customize. The acolytes carrying Zenestra into battle each feature two different head options, allowing you to assemble them to match the aesthetic of your army.
The Freeguild Marshal can be equipped with various weapons, including a pair of dueling pistols, a longsword in each hand, and a mighty warhammer. You will also find arms for carrying a shield or helm, several sheathed weapons to attach to the belt, and three different head options.
The Freeguild Command Corps includes an Arch-Knight, who can be equipped with either a hammer or an axe. There are also various heads and poses to choose from, as well as either a fur-trimmed robe or a scaled cape. The Whisperblade comes with two different head variants – one with a mask, one with a high collar. The Great Herald offers a choice of different heads, helmet crests, replacement weapons, and arm poses. A War Surgeon comes with two different head options – a beaked mask or an uncovered head. The Soul Shepherd is accompanied by a skeletal flautist known as a Corpus Somni. Both figures offer a choice of different heads. You will also find a Mascot Gargoylian and a pair of smaller Gargoylians to adorn the bases of the Command Corps.
Each Steelhelm is armed with a sturdy shield and a one-handed sword, axe, or mace. You can build one model as an experienced Sergeant-at-Arms with a hammer and a crested helmet, one as an inspiring Battle Priest carrying a sacred relic, and another as a Steelhelm Herald with a trumpet and a flowing banner with an iconic design. The kit includes a variety of different heads, weapons, shield arms, and shield designs, all interchangeable between models, as well as a selection of heads, relics, and icons for the regiment leaders.
