Blood Red Skies Reggiane Re.2002 Ariete Squadron

The Reggiane Re.2002 Ariete (Ram) could carry a considerable payload and was used as a fighter-bomber during the landing in Sicily. After the armistice, the surviving Arietes were flown by both the Italian Air Force for the Allies and by the Germans. Reggiane could not meet demand and only delivered 225 Ariete aircraft.
