Ashigaru Spearmen

Pike & Shotte Ashigaru Spearmen

Ashigaru (literally translated as "light foot") were so named because they wore lighter armour than the samurai. They also formed the bulk of the warlord's armies. Each samurai was expected to be accompanied by two armed Ashigaru. Many of these were armed with the yari (spear).

This product contains:
