AB41/43 Armoured Car

Rule the road with the Autoblinda!

The Autoblinda AB41 was one of the most successful Italian armoured cars of World War II. Combining excellent mobility with adequate armament and good protection, it was a perfect light reconnaissance vehicle. Several hundred examples of the AB41 and later AB43 variant were produced, with the latter being almost exclusively in German hands after the Italian armistice.

Armoured cars such as the AB41/43 are ideal for forming Bolt Action Armoured Platoons, costing fewer points than their heavier counterparts. Equipped with a deadly light autocannon and the ever-useful Recce special rule, it is a great choice to tackle enemy infantry and light tanks alike.

The AB43 can also be used to supplement the list of captured and re-purposed vehicles in German armies. Simply use the rules for the AB41/43 as presented in Armies of Italy.

The box contains a plastic Autoblinda armoured car, which can be assembled as either an AB41 or AB43, plus a decal sheet, Bolt Action vehicle stat card and damage markers.
