This year everything is different; Santa Claus is at the door sooner than expected...So everything is as usual ;-)
The entire Radaddel team is working hard to ship all orders on the same day (weekdays). Since all parcel services are currently working at their limit, the parcel delivery time will unfortunately increase.
To ensure that your Radaddel order arrives in time for Christmas, we would like to give you a few tips.
- It's best if your order reaches us by December 18th. At the latest please by December 20th.
- Please check the availability of items when placing your order.
- Please choose a shipping service provider with whom you have had good experiences locally.
- Please choose a fast payment method.
- Check the shipping address for accuracy. Please note that parcel stations may be overloaded and there may not always be someone in the office.
And please, be nice to the parcel delivery drivers. They are also doing their best :-).
... and then there are our vouchers. We'll send them quickly by email :-)
