To ensure your Radaddel order arrives in time for Christmas, here are a few tips:
- It's best if your order reaches us by December 19th. At the latest, by December 20th.
- Please check the availability of items when placing your order.
- Please choose a shipping provider with whom you have had good experiences locally.
- Please choose a fast payment method.
- Check that your shipping address is up to date. Please note that parcel stations can be overloaded, and there might not always be someone in the office.
And please, be kind to the parcel delivery drivers. They are doing their best too :-).
The entire Radaddel team works hard to ship all orders on the same day (weekdays). Since all parcel services are currently operating at their limit, parcel delivery times have unfortunately increased.
... and then there are our vouchers. We'll send them to you quickly by email :-)
