The Battle of Midway was a naval battle during the Pacific War of World War II. From June 4 to June 7, 1942, large units of the Imperial Japanese Navy and the United States Navy fought near the Midway Islands. The battle, which ended with the sinking of four Japanese aircraft carriers and only one US carrier, is considered a turning point in the Pacific War. From then on, the Japanese forces were on the defensive.(Wikipedia)
Warlord Games has announced the new starter set Battle of Midway.

Blood Red Skies is a tabletop miniatures game where you take command of a group of fighter aircraft in battle. The focus of Blood Red Skies is on controlling a large number of aircraft at once. The game is fast-paced and requires little pre-planning. A smaller game of Blood Red Skies with six aircraft per side can be played in forty-five minutes or less.
The box and four additional squadron boxes will be released at the end of October.
