With concentrated power and a host of new miniatures, the Hedonites of Slaanesh gather to invade the battlefields of the 41st Millennium and the Mortal Realms.
Games Workshop continues its course of the past few weeks, further reinforcing the armies of Chaos and revamping the factions and units of Age of Sigmar. This week, it's the turn of the mighty god of pleasure and ecstasy: Slaanesh. The special trick, of course, is that the daemons of the Chaos Gods are once again interesting for both game systems. Therefore, both fans of 40k and those of AoS will eagerly await the upcoming release.
In contrast to some other reworks in recent months, where almost exclusively the rules were updated in the form of a new Battletome, Slaanesh receives an incredible range of new minis – and they are impressive! The daemons surrounding the Keeper of Secrets are designed with a certain elegance, seriousness, and majesty that is almost a little detached from the typically overloaded and muscular designs of Games Workshop – think of the Bloodthirster and the Daemons of Khorne, or The Great Unclean One. But this suits Slaanesh very well, and the models thus add another component to the spectrum of daemons.
Of course, not only figures are being released. As already mentioned, Chaos players will receive a new Battletome with the Warscrolls of the new units and the usual extensive background lore and lavish image gallery. The obligatory additional articles such as Endless Spells, Warscroll Cards, and a unique terrain piece will also not be omitted.
