The Slaves to Darkness receive new models and a new Battletome!
Who would have expected that? The Slaves to Darkness were one of the factions that – to put it mildly – were somewhat neglected by Games Workshop in the past. And this despite them being one of the oldest and most iconic factions in the Warhammer world!
But now the tide is turning, and GW is completely revamping its range of grim Chaos soldiers. The fact that a new Battletome and Warscroll Cards are being released in this context goes without saying, as does the fact that the Warcry models are now making their way into Age of Sigmar... The absolute highlight, however, are the revised Chaos Warriors, because they are truly impressive!
The chic new Start Collecting! set contains 16 brand new Citadel plastic miniatures:
- 1 brand new Chaos Lord on Karkadrak
- 10 newly sculpted Chaos Warriors
- 5 newly sculpted Chaos Knights
Who could resist that?
But of course, Games Workshop isn't just giving us a few new models shortly before Christmas. Fans of other systems will also get their money's worth! In short, this means:
Warcry receives a new expansion book - The Tome of Champions.
The Middle-Earth SBG gets a new supplement book, new miniatures of Saruman and Grima, and new terrain.
For Black Stone Fortress, a compendium is being released for the first time.
The Orks receive new flyers for Aeronautica Imperialis.
And Blood Bowl players can look forward to the new Ogre team, which comes with all the necessary accessories.
