Made from transparent, non-toxic PMMA plastic with amazing non-piercing properties. The texture rollers are available in several different textures, depending on your specific needs.

Length: 14.50 cm (5.5 inches)
Diameter: 2.5 cm (1 inch)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
1. - Mix the putty/clay/modelling compound correctly until it is ready according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
2. - Spread out the putty/clay/modelling compound. For best results, smooth the compound. We recommend using a flat, smooth rolling pin for this purpose.
3. - Depending on the type of material, we recommend moistening the roller to prevent sticking.
4. - Move the roller with consistent, even pressure to ensure a continuous texture.
5. - Cut off any excess material on the sides with a sharp knife. We recommend letting the material dry beforehand.

MATERIALS:
There are many different putties and types of clay on the market, and all can be textured with the right technique.
Modelling with these texture rollers and polymer clay (Fimo or Sculpey type) is usually quite easy, as polymer clay allows for easy error correction due to the heat required for curing.
If the goal is to model textured bases, we recommend using MDF wood bases. It is possible to texture the material directly on the bases and then bake the model, including the MDF wood bases, in the oven at 150ºC for 15 minutes. The MDF wood bases will not burn and will subtly remind you of toasted bread.
In the case of epoxy putties, there are various techniques to achieve similar results. The advantage of these materials is that they do not need to be fired but can be textured directly.
When using Green Stuff, which is particularly sticky, it is advisable to moisten the surface of the roller or the compound with a little water before imprinting the texture.
The stickiness of Greenstuff can also be reduced with talcum powder, or even directly applied modelling vaseline (LINK).
Other epoxy putties, e.g. Milliput modelling compounds, can also be used. However, these should not be moistened, as this unnecessarily complicates the work. If Milliput appears too sticky, the compound should be kneaded until the stickiness subsides.

CLEANING AND CARE:
After use, the roller should be cleaned with a scrubbing brush and plenty of water to remove any residue of the material used.

SAFETY:
Children should always be in the presence of an adult when using.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0706/8699/8771/files/124339-strukturwalze-kaschmir-gs-1499-1.webp?v=1781203600
