It is possible to texture the material directly on the bases and then bake the model along with the MDF wood bases in the oven at 150ºC for 15 minutes. The MDF wood bases will not burn and will lightly resemble the smell of toast.\u003cbr\u003eIn the case of epoxy putties, there are various techniques to achieve similar results. The advantage with these materials is that they do not need to be baked but can be textured directly.\u003cbr\u003eWhen using Green Stuff, which is particularly sticky, it is advisable to moisten the surface of the roller or the material with a little water before imprinting the texture.\u003cbr\u003eAlso, talcum powder, or even directly applied modeling petroleum jelly, can reduce the stickiness of Green Stuff.\u003cbr\u003eOther epoxy putties, e.g., Milliput \/ Magic Sculpt \/ Aves Apoxie Sculpt modeling compounds, can also be used. However, these should not be moistened, as it unnecessarily complicates the work.
